1. What products does AnimeDreamer sell?
AnimeDreamer specializes in handmade 3D anime layered art. Each piece is entirely handcrafted and serves as anime-themed decorative wall art.
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are currently unavailable. Only existing designs listed on our website are available for purchase.
3. Where do you ship from, and how long is delivery to the US or Europe?
Items ship from China to the United States or Europe:
- Normal season: 10–15 business days
- Peak seasons such as Christmas: 15–20 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery times and do not include delays caused by customs clearance at destination.
4. Can I track my shipment?
Yes. We will send you the tracking number and tracking link via email once your order ships, so you can monitor your package online.
5. Are the 3D layered artworks fragile? How are they packaged?
We use shock-resistant packaging and sturdy cardboard boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products and international shipping, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are not accepted. Please contact us if your item has manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
7. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Our handmade items require production time, which usually takes 2–3 days.
